In doing this work, I use a methodology that I have fine-tuned over the last 20 years of working in and across organizations of all sizes to create change. At a high level, that looks like:

  • Start with strategy and focus on outcomes
  • Involve a cross-sectional representation of stakeholders
  • Review quantitative and qualitative data 
  • Check for alignment at every level of the organization, across multiple dimensions
  • Create a framework based on findings to guide decisions and discussions
  • Prioritize efforts and begin designing specific next steps

When needed, I partner with others to offer services that include all of the above plus onboarding design, coaching during role transitions, and alignment of data and metrics around strategic objectives.
